All cakes are proudly baked by me, Tia Molinaro. I’ve always had a deep love for dessert — cake in particular. As a child, I’d often fake sick days just to stay home and bake with my mum.

After leaving my job in media sales in 2020, I spent several years honing my skills in some of Sydney’s most beloved bakeries and restaurants and in 2023 felt ready to apply my skills & explore my own creativity in a world of CREMA!

My flavours and organic style are rooted in my Sicilian and Roman heritage, and inspired by the people I love — especially my mother Sonia, my husband,Tommaso, and our beautiful baby, Domenico Fiore.

World of CREMA is more than just cake. I strive to create space for community — through sharing recipes, hosting events, and collaborating with Australian businesses to come together over something unforgettably delicious.

I’m endlessly grateful for this ever-growing community of fellow cake makers and lovers.
